(It is a surprise) The "Almost Black
Getta" was recently sold to a good
friend in St. Louis, MO. Glad to know that
the car now is in a good hand and I can't
wait to see her next year at CVO Treffen
2004 show :)
The "Almost Black Getta" was
bought in 2001 as a daily driving. Even
though the first 6 months was traumatic as I
had many problems with the car on and off,
fortunately after that it was a really fun
experience. All mods were carefully done for
a purpose: to be the smoothest Black-theme
Euro-style Getta in the Midwest. The goal
was achieved as she won the 1st place MKIV
Jetta at the CVO Treffen 2003. Many
appreciation go to my good friends at
Dubwerks, CVO, parts4vws.com, Sara
"Skara", Gintaras, and the
'treffen gank' (Iponk, Jeremy, Pojen). Their
support and encouragement were instrumental
to make all these happened. |
