Twin-headlight grilles have a pair of
cross-head retaining screws which you'll need
to remove first. |

Use a flat-head screwdriver to carefully
depress the spring-clips holding the grille to
the slam panel. With all four clips
unfastened, the top edge of the grille will
pivot forward, allowing you to... |

See these clips? They hold the trim onto the
lower edge of the grille. Ease them over the
grille's plastic tags to remove this trim.
Take care not to damage the paintwork, which
is already liable to rusting. All you need do
now is refit the trim to your new grille. You
mat find some excess plastic, or flashing, on
the grille moulding that stops you pushing the
trim clips cleanly through their holes. Cut
this away with a sharp knife before attempting
to fit the trim. |

Offer the grille up to the car. Once the
bottom edge has been located, It will push
into place and secure itself using those four
clips. |
